When Jordan Lance isn’t pouring over spreadsheets for Books and Brew, she’s fantasizing about the store’s landlord. Too bad she’s squarely in Gabriel’s “just friends” column. Jordan’s prepared to pine forever-until she meets Casey. The handyman is hot, handsome, charming…and Gabriel’s best friend. Suddenly her wicked fantasies are porntastic times two.
Casey has suspected his friend’s interest in Jordan. If he can push them together, he might get Gabriel off the bimbo train he’s been riding. The plan? Jealousy. And it’s working. It’s not long before Gabriel’s deeper feelings for Jordan emerge. Problem is…so do Casey’s. What happens when two friends want the same woman? Red-hot ménage, baby.
Two gorgeous men exploring every inch of her body? Um, yes please! Jordan doesn’t know if threesomes are considered acceptable, but she’s sure of one thing-being this bad feels far too good.
Having read many of Ms. Carr’s books, there was no way I was going to miss out on reading this one. The plot was excellent, and progressed well from the start with Jordan’s girlfriends pushing her to move on and forget all about Gabriel. The dialogue was well-written, and illustrated the great dynamics of the relationship of the three characters, although Gabe had been friends with Jordan and Casey for so long, yet Casey and Jordan had never met before. The sex scenes were perfect, revealing the attraction Jordan had for both men. However, in saying that, I thought the intimacy would have come a lot sooner considering the serious flirtation between Jordan and Casey at the beginning. Yet I wasn’t disappointed because I knew it would happen eventually. What I liked so much about Jordan was that she was willing to move past her obsession with Gabe. While with the two men, I loved they were willing to share Jordan because they both were a little in love with her from the beginning, which made for something really special.
Overall, Ms. Carr has done an extraordinary job of penning this wild tale. I can’t wait to read more of this incredible series because of the secondary characters that are Jordan’s best girlfriends, whom I suspect will eventually get their own stories. But first you’d have to discount Stephanie who has already had her story told in the first installment of this incredible series in a book called Party Naked, which readers should make sure to read before getting hooked with this one just to make sure they know who is who.
