We at All Romance / OmniLit / AReCafe wish to extend our condolences to the family of Monica Jackson, who passed away today following complications during surgery. Ms. Jackson was a national best-selling author of romance, with numerous novels, novellas, and stories to her credit. Her first published work, Midnight Blue, was adapted into a made-for-TV movie for BET.
Ms. Jackson was a winner of the Romantic Times Reviewer’s Choice Award and the Romance in Color Award of Excellence, among other honors. She will be greatly missed in the romance community.
