Is the 4th of July sale in effect already? I’m asking because the rebate price on some (many) books does not equal 50%. It’s more like 30%. If this is really the rebate price for the day, I’ll still buy at least some of the books I intended to buy, because I’ve got some on my list that I doubt will ever be on sale any other way. Yes, this was an EEEK! moment. The staff fixed the error and also make adjustments to any order placed before the correct 50% rebate was being calculated.

A yellow banner will appear directly underneath the book title in the Cart that says “You already have this item in your library”, along with a button underneath that says “Delete Item”. Strictly speaking, those with the nasty titles, low word count for a high price tag… The problem is, of course, that one person’s version of a nasty title won’t be another persons and I can’t see how an algorithm could be used to merely take out the not-so-nice titles. How are books put into the category’s, in particularly the Interracial Category. I was disturbed when several of my favorite authors came out this month with books that I saw as new releases on the home page. Then when I look for them in the main IR category they were not there. The categories are selected by the publisher when the book is uploaded to our site, but as you’ve discovered, sometimes a category is left out that would be helpful for a book search.
